Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available, except where required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under UK and EU consumer protection laws.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Dissatisfaction with tone preferences or sound style
• Expectation differences vs demo recordings
• Lack of compatibility with guitars, pickups, headphones, speakers, or personal monitoring setups
• Inability to achieve a specific sound without further tweaking
• Mistaken purchases or accidental duplicate purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions or compatibility information
Tone customization is a normal and expected part of using professional profiles and does not constitute a defect.
Chargeback Protection
Unauthorized chargebacks that violate this policy may result in:
• Revocation of download access
• Permanent account restrictions
• Submission of transaction records to Shopify and associated payment processors
